Unlike traditional rental services, Jewelibrary operates on a subscription model. Members pay a one-time membership fee along with a refundable security deposit, granting them access to our exclusive collection of premium fashion jewelleries. Just like borrowing books from a library, members can select jewelleries to borrow for a limited number of times during their membership, with flexible plans to suit their needs. The only additional costs are minimal charges for delivery, pickup, and sanitisation, ensuring a seamless and hygienic experience.

Security Deposit: ₹8,000 (refundable)

Jewellery Selection
• Members can choose from a wide range of curated jewellery collections, including earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and more. Our collection features thousands of luxury, high-quality designs that reflect current trends.
• Jewellery is delivered to the member’s doorstep, allowing them to wear it for the duration of the event, with safe returns through easy-to-use processes.

Your Role & Investment Details:
Co-Founder & Key Decision-Maker:
Take ownership of a crucial area of the business, such as marketing, operations, or finance. You’ll play a leading role in shaping the direction and success of Jewelibrary and future ventures under Buoss Tech Ventures.
Strategic Advisor:
Work closely with the founding team to develop and execute growth strategies, drive business development, and participate in fundraising efforts. Your insights and expertise will directly impact the company’s trajectory.
Investor:
As a co-founder, you’ll provide vital seed funding to propel our early-stage operations and growth. We’re seeking two co-founders, each ready to invest ₹5 lakhs for 5% equity.
What You’ll Gain:

• Immediate 1% equity upon investment.
• Additional 4% equity vested over 2 years, aligning with your ongoing contribution and commitment.

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proven experience in building and scaling businesses.
• Fashion Expertise: Understanding of jewellery trends, consumer preferences, and market dynamics.

• Financial Acumen: Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and fundraising.
• Investment Capacity: Willingness to invest ₹5 lakh for 5% equity.
What We Have So Far
• Jewellery Collection:We have a curated selection of 30-40 jewelleries that are being used for initial photographs for our website, marketing, and promotional activities.
• Infrastructure: A photography setup, technology for jewellery safety, and an operational website.
• Vendor Relationships: Established partnerships with suppliers to offer jewellery at competitive prices.
• Back Office: We have a back office set up in a governmental incubation centre, providing access to mentorship and resources.
• Legal Work: All necessary legal formalities completed, including company formation, trademarks, and foundational documentation under Buoss Tech Ventures Private Limited.
Meet the Team
• Rohit Kale – Founder & Director: 15+ years of experience in business strategy, entrepreneurship, and tech ventures. Holds 95% equity and drives the overall vision and strategic direction of the company.
• Amita Dhokale – Director: 14+ years of expertise in fashion, manufacturing, merchandising, and operations. Owns 5% equity and leads operational excellence and customer experience.
• Punit Dhokale – With over 18 years of experience in e-commerce (marketplaces), operations, and digital marketing, Punit offers extensive expertise in scaling digital strategies and enhancing operational efficiency to drive growth. He will initially provide strategic guidance and consulting, with the intention of joining the company full-time at a later stage.

Selected candidates will move forward with the investment process and complete the necessary paperwork to finalise equity ownership under Buoss Tech Ventures Private Limited.
