JEWELIBRARY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation and refund policy:

* Before Membership Activation: You can cancel your membership anytime before it activates (typically within 24 hours of signup) and receive a full refund, including your security deposit.

* After Membership Activation:

* Within 14 Days: If you cancel within 14 days of your membership activation, you’ll receive a partial refund of the membership fee, minus a cancellation processing fee of Rs. 1,500. Your security deposit will be returned within 14 business days provided all borrowed jewellery is returned undamaged.

* After 14 Days: Cancellations after 14 days of membership activation will not be eligible for a membership fee refund due to fulfilment costs associated with our service. However, your security deposit will still be returned within 14 business days of the end of your membership period, provided all borrowed jewellery is returned undamaged.

Security Deposit:

* The security deposit serves to ensure the careful handling and timely return of our jewellery pieces. It will be fully refunded within 14 business days of your membership ending, provided all borrowed jewellery is returned without any damage.

* This policy applies to all Jewelibrary membership plans.

* We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
