6. What if I lose or damage the jewellery?

We understand accidents happen. In case of loss or damage:

  • A nominal replacement or repair fee will be charged.
  • For major damage or loss, the fee will be adjusted from the refundable security deposit.
7. How do delivery and returns work?
  • Jewelibrary offers convenient doorstep delivery and pickup services for all borrowed jewelleries.
  • Customers are required to generate a pickup request within 30 days of the delivery date. Extensions can be arranged for a nominal fee.
  • Please note that delivery and pickup services are chargeable.
